Airport Adventures

We took a seven hour flight to Singapore, stayed overnight in a transit hotel for seven hours without even having to leave the airport or go through immigration, and then took another seven hour flight to Melbourne. And here we are in Australia for the first time! Three continents in almost four months, Simba! Not bad at all. We're going to head to the beach soon so all of you in the polar vortex can be jealous, but for now, here are some of our airport antics.

Origami museum in Terminal 1 at Narita. They used tweezers to make those tiny, microscopic cranes!

We haven't shed our winter jackets yet in Narita.
The butterfly garden was right next to our hotel in the Singapore airport. Too bad the rooftop pool is closed until the end of February for renovations!
"Mother and Child" by Han Meilin, Chinese artist who also designed the Beijing Olympics logo and mascots.
Reviving with free foot massages before the second leg of our flight to Melbourne. To be fair, Carlos gave Simba a mini foot massage with his hands as soon as he got up. Nice Papa. :)
