Tokyo SkyTree

Singapore has the SuperTreetops. Tokyo's new thing is SkyTree. The last time we were in Tokyo, we saw it being built. This time, it's all done. So we reserved tickets for Sunday (otherwise the wait is still crazy) and peered at Tokyo from a new angle.

Eel restaurant required an hour wait so we switched plans.

Perfect time for JiJi to play with Simba

Not sure what the point of this mirror was. I thought the secret would be revealed if I took a picture, but I still don't get it.

The outward slant of the windows actually made yet-another-tall-building cooler

Shinjuku is the tall buildings in the middle

On our way to SkyTree, the subway was filled with these ads about the "clear view" with a small disclaimer (bottom left) that views might not always be so clear.
